My family has been on the Coast since my grandparents purchased a recreational property in Sandy Hook in the early ’60s. I am truly fortunate to have grown up on the Sunshine Coast.

While raising two children; my husband and I built three successful companies from the startup stages. Our first company, Stockwell Sand and Gravel began in ’97. We then went on to construct an award-winning, ready-mix batch plant, Central Coast Concrete Inc in 2013; then in 2014 a small team of shareholders and I developed the world-renowned Coast Gravity Park in Sechelt.

But my passion has always been in Real Estate, and so in 2015 I began my career.

In my first year, I was awarded the Medallion Club status (Top 10% of all agents in the Greater Vancouver area) and repeated this achievement year after year. Until in 2020 I achieved Presidents Club status (Top 1% of all agents in the Greater Vancouver area), and I now currently stand as Sothebys Vice President of Sales Canada.

I attribute my early success in Real Estate, to over 25 years of business experience. When you own your own businesses, you need to be able to think on your feet, have the ability to solve complex problems, have sharp negotiation skills, and be a great communicator. You need to be passionate about your work, your client’s needs, and your community.

I have experience in all aspects of land development including working through the hoops of the municipal processes such as rezoning, OCP amendments, acquisitions, variance approvals, subdividing, resource management, and site development.
